Refund Policy

Subscription fees

aiwavo subscriptions are billed in advance for the period you select. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings — cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

When we will refund

• Duplicate or incorrect charge. If you were billed twice for the same period, or charged after cancelling, we refund the incorrect amount in full.
• Extended outage on our side. If the platform is unavailable for a prolonged period because of a fault in our own systems, we credit or refund the affected portion of your subscription.
• Billing error we made. If a plan was applied incorrectly or a price was charged that you did not agree to, we correct it and refund the difference.

When we generally cannot refund

• Charges Meta bills you for conversations. WhatsApp conversation charges are billed by Meta to your own WhatsApp Business Account under Meta's pricing. They are not ours to refund.
• Decisions Meta makes about your account. Template rejections, a lowered quality rating, a reduced messaging limit, or a restricted number are Meta's decisions. We can help you understand and respond to them, but they are not grounds for a refund of platform fees.
• Unused capacity. Not sending the messages your plan allowed in a period does not by itself create a refund.
• Accounts suspended for policy breaches. Where an account is suspended for breaching our Terms of Service, remaining subscription fees are not refunded.

How to request a refund

Use the Contact Us link in the footer below and include your company name, the charge date and amount, and what went wrong. We aim to respond within three business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically take five to ten business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Any change applies to charges made after the updated version is published.
