The agreement between your business and aiwavo. Last updated September 9, 2026.
These Terms govern your use of aiwavo ("the Service"), a platform that lets businesses send WhatsApp messages through Meta's WhatsApp Business Cloud API. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them on behalf of your business.
You must provide accurate business information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for everything done under your account, including actions taken by team members you invite. Notify us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without authorisation.
The Service sends messages through a WhatsApp Business Account that belongs to you, connected via Meta. Your use of WhatsApp remains subject to Meta's own terms and policies, including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy. We do not control Meta's decisions: Meta may reject a template, lower a number's quality rating, reduce its messaging limit, or restrict a number, and we cannot reverse those decisions on your behalf.
You are responsible for the contacts you upload and for having a lawful basis and appropriate consent to message them. You must honour opt-out requests, must not upload purchased or scraped lists, and must not use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messaging. If we receive credible reports that you are messaging people without consent, we may suspend sending on your account.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Subscription fees are payable in advance for the billing period you select. Meta charges separately for WhatsApp conversations under its own pricing, billed to your WhatsApp Business Account — those charges are not included in your aiwavo subscription. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change pricing with reasonable notice before your next renewal.
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The Service depends on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform; outages, rate limits, or policy changes on Meta's side may affect message delivery regardless of anything we do. We may perform maintenance that briefly interrupts access.
You retain ownership of your contacts, templates, and campaign data. We process it to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may export your contacts to CSV at any time.
You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, that we are required to suspend by Meta or by law, or that has unpaid fees. Where practical we will give notice and an opportunity to fix the problem first.
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost business arising from your use of the Service, from message delivery failures, or from decisions Meta makes about your WhatsApp Business Account. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the subscription fees you paid in that period.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect, and continuing to use the Service after that constitutes acceptance.
